We are so sorry, we can only receive reservations with window booking from 30 days up to 1 day before your scheduled flight and payment should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8). We have to take this hard decision for now because our team has difficulty in managing the flight schedules that can change so quickly. Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens.
- Check in counter will be open 3 hours before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
- Check in counter will be closed 1 hour before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
For departure service, people often unable to make online payment as they normally did not activate their international roaming on their holiday. If you unable to complete the payment process online, please contact our customer service and make appointment regarding other payment option which is with EFTPOS machine or cash.
