Handmade VS Custom-Made
These two terms can be confusing, so here is a brief description to give you a better understanding.
“Handmade” is used to describe something that is made by hand only, without any usage of machines.
On the other hand, “custom-made” is used to describe something that is made specifically for somebody – the size, colour, measurements or special features are chosen by the customer.
When an item is both handmade and custom-made, for example bag, purse, or clothing, the price has a tendency to be higher. This is because of the dedicated time and effort used to make an item to your specified needs.
