You can check the live exchange rate on our website so you know exactly what to expect. Our aim is to make your holiday as memorable as possible and we can help to reduce the stress of finding a money changer, which means more time for relaxing.
If you’re running short of time, you can leave the money you’d like to exchange at the reception of your accommodation. We ask that you take a photo of the exact amount to be changed with the reception staff and send it to our customer service.
Leaving the money with the reception staff is a safe option because there is surveillance cameras for your peace of mind.
Meet directly with our delivery man at lobby hotel also available. Please message us 2 hours before and we make sure within 2 hours our delivery man already at your lobby hotel.
