QUESTION FROM A NEWTRAVELLER :

Anyone brought from TIC Bali before travelling? Could someone please let me know if they have purchased any tickets from  TIC Bali Holiday website before they arrived in Bali? I am trying  to book in Swim with the Dolphins at Bali dolphins who has  advised they are completely booked out whilst I am there however TIC Bali says they have an available spot although I'm a little sceptical...  Please Help?!?

We have purchased tickets through TIC Bali numerous times over the years. Most recently in January 2013 for white water rafting and a downhill cycling tour. We have found Putu and his staff to be extremely friendly, professional and honest.  We would highly recommend.

You will not find anyone like  Putu at Tic-Bali he is sincere, reliable and trustworthy. We were there twice last year and a friend of mine suggested Putu. We did the swim with dolphins on both occasions. The first time we were lucky enough to get a cancellation only two of us, the second time there was a crowd of us about 20 so we pre booked and paid as suggested. Due to high demand, Note: that this was the only tour they ask for full payment. Putu "the owner of TIC BALI HOLIDAYS" meet us on the morning and waved to us on leaving for the tour. On our first visit we did receive a phone for use and on the second occasion we were offered again, we did lots of tours with Putu and his team on both occasions.

On our first visit we went to pay for a day tour and it was ( 8 -10 hour tour ) we thought that the price was each and gave his driver Agus double of what the tour was worth, for a full day. For a nice car a driver who speaks very good english for a full day was a bargain. They were honest and laughed when we gave them double. And of course told us!

Really, I could tell you lot's of  stories but the best one is Tic Bali and his team are fantastic, please don''t be sceptical, they will look after you, his customer service is his first  priority.

putu and tic bali travel are I believe the only people to book through and with in Bali!  They are honest,punctual and can organise trips and discounts where no one else can, putu speaks fantastic English which will make your travel experience in Bali that much easier...

We have booked accommodation and activities through Putu at Tic Bali for the last couple of years. He is very reliable and professional and nothing is too much for him and his team. Highly recommend Tic Bali.

We are going to Bali in April and have just booked our swim with the dolphins through TIC Bali.. We have also booked our accommodation through them.. I have had many conversations with Putu via email which he replied to straight away answering my endless amount of questions!!.. and have found him to be very honest and certainly very helpful.. We are looking forward to meeting him.

Yes  and Putu and his team at TIC Bali are the best Travel and tour booking in Bali....I cannot speak highly enough of them.Do not hesitate to book through TIC, a local and trusted company in Bali used by thousands of Aussies and other visitors.

I have known Putu and his staff for over 5 years. He is very honest and very reliable. I have used his services many times over...and have recommended all my friends and family to him who also were very pleased with his exceptional service.
Putu even gave my friend a mobile phone to use while she was there as she didnt take one...which was very generous and trusting of him.

Putu often has specials going on his site...doing 3 things for the price of 2 and I always take advantage of that.
I class Putu and his staff as my Bali family....love them all..honest..reliable and very helpful..whether I am in Bali or in Australia.

I was there 3 times last year..and I have booked again for June this year..I will certainly be using his VIP service through the airport...saves one hour of lining up etc through customs....Rest assured you can trust Tic Bali....Look out for his specials on his page...you can get some great deals there!

Add him on facebook...he is always prompt to answer any questions you have....and there you can see many reviews all happy regarding his wonderful services

We book everything we do in Bali through TIC. Putu is 100% trustworthy and a really nice guy when you get to meet him. I personally wouldn't use anyone else. TIC has a Facebook page you can check out. Bottom line is, TIC is a safe place to book & pay :)

I have used TIC Bali for many years and like the other comments stated, Putu and his team will go out of their way to provide 100% satisfaction for their customers. He will also pick you up from the airport, arrange accomodation , help you out with any individual needs you require. He also is happy to take you to the Bali street kids Orphanage, and on my last trip in September 2012 he helped me to connect with the Bali special needs kids school. He is fantastic and I would strongly recommend Putu and his team with your Dolphin experience. nikkyb9

For anything you require in Bali, Putu and his company TIC are the ones to use! I have been dealing with Putu for many years and have seen him develop his company into one of Bali's best operations! Even in the event of a problem, you can direct your concerns to Putu personally and he will sort it out straight away.
I highly recommend TIC for anybody travelling to Bali for accommodation, tours, transport or the best thing in Bali ever, VIP airport service!!!

Hi Sharni, have purchased a variety a activities from Tic Bali over the last several years including swimming with Dolphins and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very reliable and organised and have a very personal service. I can recommend the Dolphins as it is one of the best things my family and I have done in our lives. An unbelievable experience. Something you'll never forget. Enjoy :)

Hi you can totally trust TIC I booked our accommodation transfers and tours through Putu his services are excellent. Would use tic again and again

Hi we have used Tic Bali twice now and Putu and his team are THE BEST, from the accomodation to the driver for a day trip to the airport pickup both way. They are all so helpful and friendly. It made our first trip so enjoyable and easy we booked for the following year and am using them again this year. Would recommmend them to anyone.

Hi Sharni, I have used Putu for the last three years and have never had a problem. Have booked and paid for the Dolphins prior to arrival, even when they said they were booked out. I have booked and paid for tours for my daughter and her friends while they were over there and all they said was how good Putu was turning up to the apartment, going through everything and also turning up on the day to make sure they were picked up and happy with everything. If you use Putu you will not be disappointed.

Yes we have used Putu and TIC many times and he has always been 100% professional and reliable. He is very friendly and speaks perfect English. Have recommended him to many friends also

Yes! We booked to swim with the dolphins and everything was perfect! You can 100% rely on Putu and his team and know that they will look after you! Check him out on Facebook if you can?

TIC Bali is honest we used Putu from TIC for all out tours and swim with the Dolphins. Putu from TIC is a very honest man. We are travelling back to Bali in June and will use TIC vip airport shuttle, We highly recommend TIC.

Same happened to us we couldn't get tickets to dolphins but tic got them for us. Found them to be honest and  reliable. Putu helped us he wads so friendly. And couldn't do enough to help us  when we finaly met him. GO FOR IT. U won't be sorry.
