Terms & Conditions
Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens. This will be NO earlier than 3 hours before STD (Schedule Time Departure) and Check in counter will be closed 1 hour before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
PLEASE NOTE: Our service time start 3 hours before (STD) departure, please make sure you following these points ....
1. Your driver must call TICBALI OFFICE WHATSAP NUMBER at +628113804078 before heading to airport to let us know the Rego Number, Car type and color. Do not let your driver leave you alone before your driver meet our team.
2. ARRIVAL - MUST BE between 2.5 hours or 3 hours before SCHEDULE TIME of DEPARTURE (STD)
3. MEETING POINT - Drop Zone bottom of No 2nd Ramp of International Departure.
4. WAIT & LOOK - Someone here will have a sign with your name on it. Report to them only.
