DETAIL SERVICES:

Your Personal Assistant (PA) waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter.
IF needing Visa on Arrival PA will accompany you to VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only. IF you have Electronic VOA, PA will bypass VOA counter
PA shows you to Special line at Immigration
PA will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags
PA will accompany you at Custom and assist you with all your luggage until the parking area.

EXCLUDE:

Visa on Arrival fee IDR 500,000 per passport.
Transport to your hotel

We receive reservations from 30 to 1 day before your scheduled flight and reservation should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8).
