Policies : 

1. Arrival & Departure

   • Check in time  : 2 PM
   • Check out time : 11 AM
   • Late check out until 6 PM charge half day rate
   • Once here your accommodation cost are also non refundable if you decide to leave prior to your departure date.

2. Pick Up & Drop Off

   • If we are not aware of the flight
   •  number and arrival time before 20 days prior arrival , we are not responsible for non-pick up [FREE OF CHARGE]

3. Insurance 

   • We strongly recommend that you commit to a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the entire period of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation flight and acts beyond our control, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, quarantines, lockdowns, visa not in place, if every guest has to apply for Visa, visa application and variations, wars, and other travel contingencies or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events out of our control. 

4. Responsibility

   • Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at TICBALI Property 045, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali.
   • We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
   • Use of all facilities including our swimming pool is it at your risk.
   • Guest are liable for any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
   • TICBALI Property 045 is not responsible for any occurrences resulting in personal or property damage due to acts beyond our control.
   • Please we aware of wet areas an uneven surfaces as guest are responsible for their own safety whilst on TICBALI Property 045.
   • Although our staff are very competent and trustworthy, please use safety deposit box provided in each villa.
   • As the swimming pool is unfenced please ensure children are supervised al all times.
   • Outside guests who are visiting the villa will need to leave the premise by 10pm to ensure safety and comfort of all our guests.
   • We kindly ask that you respect the rules of living in close proximity to our other surrounding villas,
   • where there are families and small children in residence, who come to relax and enjoy 
   • the tranquility of their surroundings.
   • For this reason, parties and loud music are not allowed ;  any music after 10 p.m. must be played at low volume

5. Parking Area 

   • Scooters and Cars must be parked in the dedicated area.
   • Its forbidden to park in front of the villas main doors

6. Cancellation Policy

   • Booking is non-refundable.
   • Cancellations of bookings must be notified in writing.
   • There will be no refund on no shows or early departures.
