DETAIL SERVICES:
Your Personal Assistant (PA) waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Health Counter. Your PA will assist you through the following Process :
- PA at Health Counter and you do not need to queue at this counter as we already register your detail following the document you sent to us before you fly to Bali.
- IF needing Visa on Arrival ....
PA will accompany you to VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only.
IF you have Electronic VOA...
PA will bypass VOA counter and escort you directly to short queue at Immigration counter. - PA shows you to Special line at Immigration
- PA will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags
- PA will accompany you at Custom and assist you with all your luggage until the parking area.
