We are pleased to inform you that we have recommenced the arrival service since the 26th January 2023. The number of Team Members available to assist our customers through the airport is very limited, this means we are unable to open our automatic online booking engine for VIP Arrival service as we must do it manually checking the availability regarding limited team members.

DETAIL SERVICES:
Your Personal Assistant (PA) awaits you at the Arrival Hall, located between the Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter. Your PA will assist you through the following Process :

- IF needing Visa on Arrival ....
PA will guide you to the VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be made by you only.
IF you have Electronic VOA...
PA will bypass the VOA counter and escort you directly to the Immigration stamping counter. - PA shows you to The Special line at Immigration
- PA will assist you with your luggage collection at the baggage carousel
- PA will accompany you through Customs and assist you with your luggage until the parking area.
EXCLUDE:
- Visa on Arrival fee IDR 500,000 per passport.
- Transport to your hotel
We receive reservations from 30 to 1 day before your scheduled flight and reservation form should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8).
