Many travelers arriving in Bali for the first time often feel confused, uncertain, or overwhelmed after landing, especially when they are not familiar with the airport arrival process, immigration procedures, baggage claim area, or where to go next. With our VIP Airbridge Arrival Service, your journey is guided from the moment you step out of the aircraft until you safely meet your driver outside the airport. Your dedicated TICBALI Airport Assistant will personally welcome you directly at the airbridge area (subject to airport & airline approval) and guide you throughout the arrival process.

(Meeting point after Immigration auto gate) This Service will make it much easier in handling your luggage and assisting you with all your other needs on arrival. If you already have your eVOA please Find the Auto Gate on your arrival & meet Our Personal Assistant who has your name signboard at the DUTY-FREE Shopping area before the luggage area and they will assist you in getting your luggage (if any), assist you with CUSTOMS Clearance and also assist you to find your driver or Family who await you outside. With using our VIP Service here You will enjoy a smooth and easy airport experience finding simcard, money changer and drivers, without any chaos and/or confusion.
