We are so sorry, we can only receive reservations with window booking from 30 days up to 1 day before your scheduled flight and payment should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8). We have to take this hard decision for now because our team has difficulty in managing the flight schedules that can change so quickly. We want to always provide the best service to our customers, for that this decision must be taken.

- Check in counter will be open 3 hours before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
- Check in counter will be closed 40 minutes before STD (Schedule Time Departure)
