Why is it not possible to book departure vip service package without transport ?

Once we begin starting Departure VIP Airport Service after the pandemic exactly in March 2022 everything run smooth for Departure Service even our customer come to Airport with their own Transport as the airport was so quiet at drop zone.
Since June 2022 Drop Zone area is getting busier and sometime very hard for our team to meet our customer at drop zone area. From all the bad and good experience at drop zone area along these few months finally we decide we only do package deal "Departure VIP Airport Service include transport" and "Departure VIP Airport service include transport and Lounge"
Yes We finally decide we stop doing departure VIP service exclude transport through our booking engine.
But good news, We can accept Departure VIP Airport service exclude transport only if :
Customer inform us their driver's WhatsApp number. Why WhatsApp ? Because everyone is on WhatsApp in Bali. It is free application to chat and call to each other to make our team meet your driver easily at drop zone area.
Customer already Bought Bali Tourist SIMCARD in Bali , so customer can call our hotline number +6281338573821 and +628113804078 or if only have data on their tourist simcard customer can message us on our Facebook page which is always with prompt reply if they unable to find our departure vip team at drop zone.
The benefit of having Tourist SIMcard is we can call our customer if there is flight delay etc that influence the pick up time as well as we understand you are not always stay in your room along your holiday.
Does it means Customer must buy simcard with ticbali ? NO, you can also buy simcard with other place in Bali as we love seeing customer spread the business in Bali.
Some Frequently Ask Questions : Q : We have Facebook account and we can inform you once we arrive at dropzone, why do you not allow us to book departure service ? A : That is great way to communicate with us too as we always standby on our Facebook page almost 24 hours since 7am until 11pm Bali time, but once you arrive at airport there is no wifi at drop zone and customer mostly did not activate their international roaming.
So once customer hardly find our team, customer ended up disappointed and walk alone to the check in counter and do all the departure paperwork process finally able to have wifi acces at boarding gate area. Then our customer message us and inform us that they are unable to meet our team and want to get refund. This is happened more than 10 times and we decide we not doing Departure service only again if our customer did not have local simcard and if customer did not inform us their Driver's WhatsApp number.
